Question:

How do I add new PO lines to a Status 3 or approved PO?

Resolution:

If the PO is a status 3-updated, and you need to make additional entries, you need to create a change order. The PO # will be the same but have a new sequence #; i.e. PO# 6754=002 rather than 6754-001. 

To create a change order PO, key a "9" next to the desired PO# and press ENTER.  The system creates a sequence 002 PO with a '0=New' status. then you can key a "2" to change the change order and add your new lines and products.
