How do I use the Integrated Selection Utilty selection screen on the GL Detail - All Periods?

Resolution:

From the General Ledger Master Menu to to option #2 Inquiries and Reports.

Then take option #9 G/L Detail -All Periods

Upon selection of this menu option, the operator is prompted to enter the from and to periods, the consolidation level at which to print, (1=Corp., 2=Div., 3=Dept., 4=Job), and whether to print the sub-ledger detail.

Then choose F16 to get to the Integrated Selection Utility.

A selection must be made in each category as shown in the screen example below. It is important to note that you will have to select a corporation number(s), division, department, and job.
