Question:
How do I look up a prior period GL Account Balance for an account?
Resolution:
Take option #1-GL Inquiries from the Inquiries and Reports Menu.
Key in the account# (F4 to do a lookup) the corporation# (division, dept and job# depending on what level of detail you need) the period range and press ENTER to proceed. The period end balance is shown in the last column.
