Wrong Year is showing up when I close the month for AR.

Question:

I am closing the month for one of my companies and the date is showing as 1993 instead of 2013.

Resolution:

If you have old accounting periods where AR has not been closed then you need to use option 8 - Update Accounting Period Flags on the A/R Supervisor Functions menu. Set the AR Closed flag to 4 for each old period that should be closed.
