How can I trace who made a journal entry?

Resolution:

There is a trace function for journal entries - it is controlled by GL general profile #56. If this is turned on then the transaction details are saved in file GLTDTP and you can drill down into it from the GL inquiry. If it is not turned on then your only audit trail is the GL journal entry edit listings.
