Question:

How do I clear a journal entry from my GL Template?

Resolution:

If you have not yet run menu option 12 GL Template Update then you can call it up using option 10 GL Template Entry and just clear out the amounts. If you already ran option 12 then you should be able to use option 1 Journal Entry to delete the journal entry batch. (Once you update the GL Template it will appear in the available Journal Entry batches).
