Question: 

Why is my employee getting an error message when attempting to enter AR notes?

Resolution:

The employee must be added to the list of authorized users for notes.

From the main menu take these options:

Option #1 General Functions

Option #3 DAPREX Internal Notes System Maintenance

Option #3 Enter/Update User Authorization

Press F18 to go the bottom of the list and enter her user profile, file code AR and the user distribution (probably A/R DEPT).
