Why are my Payroll Bonus Hours not matching the June Monthly Earnings Report?
Resolution:
The difference is because the Overtime bonus hours on the Payroll register were for May not June. The process currently looks at the Payroll Week Ending Date and calculates the bonus from the previous month’s overtime. Since the Payroll Week Ending Date was 6/30 the bonus hours were from May instead of June.
