Is it possible to change a book # after it has been posted to GL?

Question:

Is it possible to change a book# after it has been posted to GL? I want to delete the Batch; I am out of balance because of that book number.
How can I delete it or change that book # to delete the batch.

Resolution:

You would have to post a reversing journal entry using the incorrect book code and then another j/e using the correct code.
