Question:
Why am I getting error message “in use by entry program when I enter my recurring AP batches? I also am getting a halt and don't' know how to respond.
Resolution:
Your batches for several corps had no lines which is why you are getting the error message and the halt. You probably had batches that were posted through the expiration period for the recurring entries.
The solution is to reset the batches, delete them from the batch header screen and then re-enter them.
