I entered a recurring voucher and after printing my edit I saw that the date was wrong. Can I fix this?

Question:

I entered a recurring voucher and  after printing my edit I saw that the date was wrong. Is there any way I can correct this?

 

Resolution:

Yes, if you notice any error on your edit listing go back into the Recurring Voucher Entry program and make your corrections. Then reprint your edit listing.

From Daily Processing Menu take option # 7 Recurring Voucher Entry, Choose the category your entry was in. (monthly, Weekly, Yearly ect.) Then select option 2 to edit your entry, make the necessary changes and press Enter.  When you select F3 to exit you will be prompted to re-run your edit listing. Select Y to run.
