Why is a corporation not displayed in the Month End options E.O.M. Closing of Cash Receipts or E.O.M. Closing of Billing?

Question

Why is a corporation not displayed in the Month End options E.O.M. Closing of Cash Receipts or E.O.M. Closing of Billing?

Resolution:

Options #1 & #2 on the AR Month End menu will ONLY show those corporations that are eligible to be closed based on the closing date for the period.  If today's date is PRIOR to the period closing date the corporation does not appear - i.e. if the closing date for Corp. 1 Sept. is 09/30/11, and today is 09/25/11, the corporation will not appear.

If you need to change the closing date, take #8-Update Accounting Period Flags on the AR Supervisor Functions menu, enter the appropriate Corp# and year and change the closing date as needed and press ENTER then F20 to accept the change.  See screen example below.
