Miscellaneous Cash Receipts add Header Record after disconnect - REVIEWED TO BE DELETED BY PKF

User was disconnected because of a timeout. When user went back into Misc. Cash Receipts the header was gone. This happens when the session gets disconnected.

Resolution:
1. Manual add the record to the header file(MCHDP) via UPDDTA. Note the member will be the user profile name.
2. The user can then go back into the batch and continue entry.
